ADA Compliant Emergency Phones with Built-in Auto Dialer and Digital Announcer

The 1600A Series ADA Compliant Emergency Phones are designed to provide fast, reliable hands-free communication over any standard analog telephone line or system station port. These phones fully meet ADA requirements for elevator and emergency communication and can be easily programmed from any Touch Tone phone. Each unit can dial up to 5 programmable emergency numbers and 2 central station numbers. Models E-1600-20A and E-1600-52A also include a secondary “INFO” button capable of dialing up to 3 non-emergency contacts.

The 1600A Series features a built-in digital announcer that can automatically deliver a recorded message to identify the call location. Alternatively, a DTMF Touch Tone code can be transmitted. A “Call Connected” LED can be activated manually or automatically for clear call status indication. All programming data, including phone numbers and location IDs, is stored in non-volatile memory, eliminating the need for batteries or external power.

For outdoor or harsh environments, select models are available with Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP). EWP units include sealed connections, foam gaskets, gel-filled connectors, and fully protected circuit boards to ensure reliable performance in extreme conditions.
